• Brokers and liquidity providers don’t like hft because it’s done to their detriment and if they find out, they close the accounts.
• Brokers and liquidity providers do not like trading on micro movements because it does not make them money.

Here is the feedback from the RAIDEM management team on what makes this strategy sustainable and makes possible its deployment on large volumes.

✅ They did not try to do things in secret and therefore spent a lot of time contacting brokers who could accept this type of trading. For the moment 1 broker has agreed to work in partnership with them on the condition that the liquidity providers agree.

✅ In parallel, they have set up agreements directly with liquidity providers and have worked with them on a solution that can be beneficial to all parties. This solution is positive hedging.

What is Positive Hedging?

1. You open a position (for example in Long = you think the price will go up).
2. Once this trade in positive you open a contrary position (in the case of this example in Short = you think that the price will fall)
3. Now you automatically end up with a “secure” profit since each position cancels the other and you can therefore decide to leave these two positions open for as long as you want.

Why does this satisfy everyone?

It must be understood that the raison d’être of a Liquidity Provider is precisely, as its name suggests, to provide liquidity to the market, so to have people who inject this liquidity into the market, and therefore, keep it on it as long as possible. Thus Liquidity Providers can make money with in particular what are called Funding Rates (but here it really becomes too technical to go into detail).

For those who are wondering, RAIDEM also has SWAPS (which is a commission to keep a trade open from one day to the next) at 0 in order to have the possibility to let the Positive Hedging run without hurting the profits.

HIGHT-WATER MARK

A High-Water Mark is the highest level of value achieved by a trading account. In other words with this principle you only pay if the value of your account increases only if you earn money!

At the beginning of each month you will be automatically deducted 30% or 15% from your earnings, but only if your balance is higher than the previous month.

Note : If you decide to withdraw, the High-Water Mark will be calculated at the time of withdrawal.
